As wonderful as the U.S. Mail is, sometimes things go afoul. If you're having trouble, particularly if you've missed two or three papers in a row, please fill out and submit this form. We'll check first to make sure we're doing things correctly on our end.

If we are, we'll probably want to correspond with you by email to do additional troubleshooting.

If we can't get to the bottom of the trouble, we'll request a postal watch. This service from the Post Office tracks the newspaper at every stage of the process, and usually fixes the problem.
