Important Dates, Deadlines

Register to Vote Deadline — Oct. 9

The deadline to register to vote is October 9. This can be done at the Board of Elections Office at 227 North Main Street in Raeford; by mail, and through DMV

You may also register when you vote during Early Voting. The process is explained here.

Early Voting — Oct. 15 — Oct. 31

Hoke County voters can cast their ballot in person before Election Day during one-stop early voting beginning Monday, October 15. Early voting will run Monday-Friday from October 15 to October 31, from 8 a.m.-7:30 p.m. each weekday. One-stop early voting will also be available on weekends, including Saturday, October 17 from 8 a.m.-3 p.m., Sunday, October 18 from 2 p.m.-6 p.m., Saturday, October 24 from 8 a.m.-3 p.m., Sunday, October 25 from 2 p.m.-6 p.m. and Saturday, October 31 from 8 a.m.-3 p.m. One-stop early voting in Hoke County will take place at the Board of Elections Office in the Pratt Building, 227 North Main Street in Raeford, and the Rockfish community building, 27479 Lindsay Road in Rockfish.

Election Day Voting — November 3, 2020

Polls open at 15 Hoke County locations November 3 at 6:30 a.m. and close at 7:30 p.m. Voters will vote at the precinct site assigned to them by the Board of Elections.
