The truth is the Post Office does a great job getting our paper to our readers in and around Hoke County. Farther away, not so much. Because of this, we're offering our subscribers a way to read The News-Journal as soon as it's published.

Simply fill out this brief form with your subscriber name and address (yes, you must be a subscriber or a deployed soldier). We'll add you to our email list, and each week we'll email you the link to the paper as soon as it's published --sometime Wednesday afternoon. (You'll still get your printed copy.)

The link will take you to a page where you can download The News-Journal -- usually about 5-6 megabytes, total – and read it in your PDF viewer (free Adobe Acrobat Reader or your web browser).
